A new study supports this.

Creatine was linked to lower cancer risk.

The study looked at dietary creatine, not supplements.

...higher daily creatine intake from animal proteins—like about 0.11 grams per ounce of beef, chicken, or seafood—correlated with lower cancer risk after adjusting for age, smoking, BMI, and more. Each step-up in intake roughly doubling from 0.6 to 1.2 grams daily tied to a 5% reduced odds.

🩻 How dangerous are they:

A full-mouth series of dental X-rays equals about 1–2 weeks of natural background radiation. Not nothing, but certainly not life threatening.

I recommend only getting necessary X-rays, and following the ALARA principle: As Low As Reasonably Achievable.

This is especially important for children who are more radiosensitive due to higher mitotic rates, future cell divisions, and less differentiated cells.

The new fed chair was announced yesterday.

Kevin Warsh isn’t a bitcoin maximalist, but he’s not hostile, and views it as an emerging store-of-value, similar to gold.

My guess is he’s part of a broader regime shift toward easier monetary policy.

That generally means more debt, more liquidity, more central bank intervention — and a stronger case for scarce assets like Bitcoin.
