2️⃣ What 2 Rules would collapse the healthcare system :
I believe the healthcare system would transform overnight if these 2 rules were implemented.
Yes. If I could have a few more rules, I'd take them.
Like...
- Limit / eliminate grains and sugar
- Prioritize sleep (most people 7-8 hours/night)
- Movement / Resistance Training
- Adequate Sun Exposure
But I think these 2 rules alone would have a domino effect. By simply focusing meals around animal protein (domino #1) and removal of processed plant-based fats (domino #2) other dominoes would start to fall. There would likely be a reduction in grain and sugar consumption which are often combined with processed oils to create much of the junk food today. Further, removal of these oils would drastically reduce skin damage from the sun, and people might let the sun
touch their skin again enhancing vitamin d production, nitric oxide, endorphins, ect...
Because I've spend most of the last year and half solely focused on Meat Health Academy (creating, launching, supporting students), I haven't been doing the writing that I had in the past. But that's going to change! My plan right now is, during the last quarter of the year (Oct - Dec), to write the final part of the macronutrient series. I wrote the carbohydrate section, the protein section, and I've been saving perhaps the most misunderstood section, fat, for last. Then I think I will edit them all together and compile into an ebook. So, by the end of the year I can have a Christmas present for
you! :)

🥩 What if we made this normal:
On Tuesday I had a big T-bone steak for breakfast. A normal breakfast for me. But a wildly abnormal breakfast for basically the rest of the world.
What if we made this a normal breakfast instead of cereals, bagels, toast, muffins, and other desserts that were normalized into breakfast foods?
I asked this on Instagram and got responses from: it would eliminate childhood ADHD to it would turn everyone into Greek Gods and Goddesses.
Normalizing a meat-only breakfast is another simple idea that I believe would have miracle-like effects. It would make people push over a very important domino 1st thing in the day, and then reap the benefits of that domino knocking over many others dominoes the rest of the day.
This is a simple example of a 4% System (a method I teach in Meat Health Academy) where people use small changes that require little to no effort that result in outsized results. It's pushing over the 1 domino that leads to a cascade of success.

🏦 How to knock down the Empire State Building:
While we are talking about dominoes let's just go ahead and clarify this idea with math. A domino can knock over another domino that is about 1.5X larger than itself.
So let's say you start with a domino that is 0.2 inches or about half a centimeter, and then you set up a chain of dominoes such that each is 1.5X larger than the prior one. On day #1 you put down this 1st domino, day #2 the second, and so on. You continue to put down one new domino per day for a month. By the end of the month, the size of the last domino would be larger than the Empire State Building. You could knock down a 100-story skyscraper by pushing over that 1st tiny domino.

❓ Which ad won:
Last week we were talking about how to overcome cognitive biases. And I suggested looking at the data is one effective way. So we conducted an experiment. I asked you to vote for which ad you think would perform best.
Over half the people voted for either #2 or #3, and 75% of all votes were for ads #2, #3, and #4.

Here's the thing: I've been running these ads on Facebook for several weeks.
While Ad #3 was the big winner by vote, it was the #1 loser in reality.
While Ad #6 was a big loser by vote, it was the #1 winner in practice.
