🔎 What's a window into your health:
Some of the things we cover include:
- Why teeth come in crooked and why we have to often remove wisdom teeth (by the way, if we look at skulls over 500 years old, none have crowding / crooked teeth...)
- We chat about the importance of the airway, nasal breathing, and discuss sleep apnea and "fatty tongue"
- And we also talk about fluoride (and alternatives like hydroxyapatite) and amalgam ("mercury") fillings

🔢 What number are you:
This past week marked 1 month since launching Meat Health Academy. While I couldn't be more excited for the ~350 people enrolled, I was curious what held back other people from enrolling. So I took a poll in the Meat Health facebook group, and the feedback was so valuable that I emailed out the same question " what number are you" to everyone who had downloaded any of my nutrition ebooks.
Overwhelmingly the answer was: "I am a #2"
Most people haven't achieved their ideal body or health yet, but they are familiar with the Carnivore Diet, so they are unsure of how the program would help.
I completely get it. I messed up the messaging. I need to fix the description of the program. Because it's not "How to do the Carnivore Diet," rather, it's more like: "How to do a meat-based diet to achieve your highest level of health and fitness (especially if you haven't reached this level yet with a carnivore, keto, or meat-based diet)."
Because while many people do great with a "meat-only" approach, the reality is that most people aren't only going to eat just meat the rest of their lives. And most people don't have to in order to get their ultimate body and health (caveat: some do! And the program helps you determine if this is you or not, and if not, what plant-based foods to eat, how much, when, ect...). And there are even people, that in order to achieve their
optimal body, health, and life, need to include some plant-based foods.
And I want to give a shout out to Sam, who really helped me clarify how I can improve:

First of all happy birthday! And to answer your question, I'm kind of number 2, not because I believe that I wouldn't learn anything new, but because it is not clear to me if the program would be a good fit for what I'm looking for. While I find that the program curriculum gives an idea of what is covered in the course, it is still nebulous on some aspects.
What I usually find helpful with online courses is when there's a sample of different parts of the courses so I can get a good idea of what I'm getting into. I think you could overcome the hesitancy of a lot of people that way.

So that's exactly what I'm going to do.

- How is this different from carnivore or keto or...? This is the method that enables a meat-based diet to work for everyone. It's not that some humans are meant to be meat-based and others plant-based, however, there are some individual differences, and this is how we account for them to perfectly tailor your diet to you.

Two of my favorite minds, Breedlove and Booth, have a youtube series on bitcoin and the world. I'm on Episode 6 and listening to these two describe the future is both exciting and terrifying. And I'm ok with that. It makes life fun!

📆 What you can do in just 60 days:
This man digs a pool in the middle of the jungle with just a shovel. In 60 days. Next time I feel tired or feel like making an excuse, I'm going to remember this guy.
