- What if I ate a jar of honey after years of not eating any carbohydrates?
- Would I feel terrible? Would cravings return?

Emissions, GHGs, environment and climate encompass an incredibly complex web of interrelated topics, and is going to be a major focus of my research and writing next year. But I found this latest report revealing and worth getting the conversation started.Â

- Eliud Kipchoge became the 1st person to ever run a sub 2-hour marathon. Of course he had help. Most people are focusing on the Nike shoes that provided an "unfair" advantage. But I think just as important are the people you can see in the clip running behind him. They are pace setters. I can't help but see the
parallel in life. Friends, family, coworkers act as your pace makers. They can be your "unfair" advantage speeding you up and catapulting you to new heights or they can slow you down. Choose your pace makers (and shoes) carefully.
