🧐 What I'm studying -
- I've been researching the environmental impact of food production. Is a meat-based diet "sustainable?" It's a loaded question that I'm going to be writing about in the near future, but I wanted to share this study from last week that shows properly raised beef can be carbon negative. Surprise.

- To piggyback on the negative carbon footprint from properly raised beef - one person that is doing this right is Ted Slanker. I talked with him this week as their farm did a nice write-up on the carnivore community. If you want the best grass fed meat, raised right, at a fair price - I recommend checking out Slanker's.

Vitalik's response is why I'm so fascinated and excited by the possibilities of this technology: globally accessible financial system (i.e. bitcoin), privacy, a web of trust, registries, micropayments, DAOs, markets for personal data, automated market makers, non-fungibles, the list goes on.
