1. Who - I'm following on social -
- Paul Saladino asked me a question on Twitter a couple weeks ago. Naturally, I decided to creep on him and discovered he's a doctor that has been eating nothing but meat for several months. And he's put out tons of great content about meat, health, and living your best life. Highly recommend creeping.
2. What - #1 priority shaped our bodies -
- If we look at the human journey from hominids to homo sapiens, there is one priority in which everything else fell in line. Everything from our abnormally massive brains, to our long legs, to our acidic stomachs were selected for to obtain meat.
3. When - I'm going to release the next section -
- The rough draft for the next section in the Brain Food Series is almost complete. Hopefully I will have it ready for you next week, right here in the Saturday 7. In the meantime, if you fell behind in the series it's a great weekend to catch up...it's starting to get good.
4. Where - I'm falling behind -
- I have a system where I bookmark articles that I want to read. The list is starting to get away from me. But I found this cool tool that turns my reading list into a playlist. I think we are going to see some awesome innovation in audio - I'm keeping my ears open.
5. Which - advice I choose -

6. How - I speculate on bitcoin -
- I enjoy financial analyses, especially when it comes to bitcoin price speculation. Most of my speculation / guessing comes from reading the work of 2 very intelligent analysts and watching 2 simple charts.
7. Why - I'm extending my bucket list -
- Because I've heard Samskara, by Android Jones, is the most powerful work of modern visual art. And I need to see it.
