1. What I'm predicting we're going to see in 2019 -
- A lot of really fit people. This week I released a guide on "How to Lose Fat on the Carnivore Diet" and so many people visited the website to download it that the site kept failing. It should be working now, so if you missed it and have fat loss goals in 2019, this is the place to start.
2. What I'm going to do more of in 2019-
- I just finished a 5-day "mini-series" on ingredients hiding in our food. I like making these "bite-sized" (pun intended) series, so I think I'm going to do these more often. Perhaps starting with a "Meat Week" the 1st week of January and showing everything I eat in a typical week...
3. What habit I'm keeping -
- Last summer I started writing a little "mini-series" (see I told you I love mini-series) on the health dangers of plant-based foods. Before I knew it, it suddenly turned into the manifesto on the case-against plant-based foods. Small, consistent steps can take you long distances.
4. What I'm doing about New Year's Resolutions -
- I love New Year's Resolutions. It's like a blank slate that you can fill with hopes and dreams. But they are notorious for being failures. However, I believe there are a couple steps, if taken, would flip the failure rate on its head.
