1. What was faked -

• In 1953 Ancel Keys published one of the deadliest "studies" ever. He manipulated the data which catapulted the "fat is bad" dogma that largely still exists today.   

• A shirtless selfie. Always weird to do. But since I'm asked 14 times a day on what my current condition is from just eating meat for so long, I decided to oblige.   

• There are a few things that are worth investing a bit of extra money in, and an ergonomic chair is one of them. Save your back. I decided on the Dr. Lomilomi chair to ease the pain as I leaned over 5 year olds drilling cavities out. But I like it so much I'm using it as my desk chair as I write this.

• Fake news isn't new (see #1) but it seems like it's getting harder and harder to decipher what is actually true. I found this burrito eating video a hilarious example of a dangerous truth - it's hard to know what's true. 

• 10 years ago, for the first time in the history of the world, it became possible to transfer value between distant people without a trusted 3rd party. Bitcoin was born. 

7. What 3 things I'm working on -

• People kill themselves in search of happiness. But just doing 3 simple things can be more powerful than all the money in the world in providing happiness. I'm working on 'em.
