- Last week I told you I'd have the Series Finale of "Health Dangers of a Plant-Based Diet" ready. I failed. I've been researching and writing this post for weeks. I want to get it just right. 2. What I re-learned -
- It's always better to under-promise and over-deliver. I get lured by naive-optimism that results in ambitious deadlines. Generally, I think these are good traits. But I have to learn to temper enthusiastic confidence when making commitments. Ambitious secrets. Conservative promises.
3. What I'm doing to make it up to you -
- On Thursday, Thanksgiving, I knew I wasn't going to be able to finish the post I promised. Feeling guilty and full of turkey, I had an idea. I reached out to Chris, the owner of River Watch Beef.
