- Over the last 120 days I've eaten 1,000,000 mg of sodium. 1 Million. A lot of salt. Whether this is good or bad, I'll let you decide. But I do have one warning: Don't combine high salt with a low protein diet...

- The last couple
of weeks I elicited help in naming an epic series on the "Health Dangers of a Plant-Based Diet." To my dismay, my titles "Plant Pain" or "When Plants Attack" were voted down in favor of directness over my dorkiness. I get it. But in subsequent posts I am reserving the right to "corny" (pun intended) titles.

5. What I'm stealing -
- Sometimes I steal for wealth. Sometimes for health. Sometimes just for entertainment. It's become a habit. An addiction. I read every day. And every day it feels like stealing. A person spends decades learning
hard lessons. Years clarifying and condensing those lessons into words. And I steal that knowledge in a few hours. Almost finished stealing from Michael Singer. For the second time.
6. What
future investments I'm excited about -
- This week the NY times published an article on the shrinking stock market. And how it's a big problem. Many investors, like Mark Cuban agree. Highlighting the problem this week, Elon Musk wants to take Tesla private again. But I'm excited about the potential of tokenized securities to create win-win-win alignment between company, employees, and investors.
7. What I'm doing this weekend -
- It's the 100th PGA Championship. The last major golf tournament of the year. And it's said to be
the biggest thing to happen in St. Louis since, well, maybe ever. I was fortunate to get a lesson from one of the best in the world.
