1. What I'm eating -
- Stocking up on grass-fed and -finished ground beef.
- When it's nearly 40% off it's hard to resist.
- Just use the coupon code: "meathealth" to get the full discount.
- Other meat deals I found this week include t-bones, fillet mignon, and strip steaks.
2. What I'm trying to avoid -
- An Uber Death. Statistically speaking, it's the most likely way we're going to go. I also have 3 tips at the end to mitigate the Uber ending.
3. What I'm thankful for -
- These people are doing amazing work around diet, health, and especially cholesterol and heart disease. I've spent the last several weeks devouring everything they've written. I summed up some of my learnings in the Uber Death story.
4. What I'm learning about -
- Ray Dalio's Principles. Ray is the most successful hedge fund manager ever, and he
wrote a book called Principles. He distilled it into a 30-minute video series. Time well spent.

6. What I'm impressed by -
- Google demonstrated their AI assistant
that makes a phone call and schedules a hair appointment. It did a pretty darn good job. The future is interesting, exciting, and scary all at the same time.
7. What I'm watching -
- I watched a great intro to crypto presentation this week. Linda, a venture capitalist, covers massive ground in just 20 minutes. I find myself saying this a lot - but the
future is going to be fun!
