- Lots of meat. Averaging over 3lbs/day now. Which is why I need meat deals :)

2. What I'm reading -
- I'm re-reading "Wheat Belly" by Dr. William Davis. It's a little older, but an eye-opener to just how pervasive wheat is in our lives, and how damaging that can be.
- Last week I finished "A Short
Guide to a Long Life" by Dr. David Agus. It's filled with common sense advice that isn't commonly practiced. It's quite basic (and I don't agree with all of it) but sometimes that's what people need. If you read it and want to know which of the 65 Rules I disagree with, I'd love to chat it up on Twitter.

- I picked up Demolition at the library. I'd never heard of it, so if you've seen it let me know your thoughts.
- Last week I saw Jumanji and I think I'd give it a B+. Had some good laughs!
