- I got lucky at Lucky's. Grass fed, grass finished ribeye sale.

4. Conversation I've been thinking about -
- "So what do you do?"

- "That must be hard, seeing your creations melt away."

5. Book I recommended -
- I took up drawing last year, and someone wanted to know what good books are out
there. In my search for the same, I had found three great books. Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain is my favorite. These 2 are also very good.
6. Workout that killed me -
- Leg extensions, 4X12
- Hack squats,
4X12
- Lying Leg curls, 4X10
- Seated Leg curls, 4X10
- Seated calf raises 4X12
- Standing calf raises 4X12
Tip: Focus on contracting the muscle, not moving the weight.
I'm still not walking right. Left turns only.
7. What I'm watching -
