What took me 10 years with SnoreBuds, I did in 10 weeks for the SnoreSealer. 
 
With the design in my mind, I translated it to CAD. I 3D printed prototypes. I tested them. I did rapid iterations. I finalized the prototype. I sent the 3D model and technical drawings to the manufacturer who is
now creating the steel molds. I wrote and submitted the patent application. I wrote the user instructions. Got the .com url, created the website pages, shot the media. Prepared FDA regulatory documentation. 
 
I was clueless about 99% of these things when starting SnoreBuds.
 
Granted the SnoreSealer is 10X less complex than SnoreBuds; however, I can't help but think that most of the gaps between where we are and where we want to be are simply knowledge gaps. 
 
To close the gap you can gain knowledge through action and experience (slow), education and
others (fast), and, likely into the future, more and more with AI (very fast...) — which I used as my assistant every step of the way.
