Create a habit of winning.
Have a short list of things (~3) that you must accomplish for the day. As you go, cross them off. When you've completed them crumble up the list, throw it in the trash, and say "[Favorite Expletive] Yeah!". 
 
You just won the
day. 
 
Wire yourself to keep winning by making your list for the next day. Repeat. The psychological impact is tremendous.
