More "Medicines"
Steak: Beef is my go-to, year-round, medicine, but here's some others.
Sun: Get sun when you can.
I'm using this to "supplement" the sun this winter, and I'm loving it so far.

Sleep: Shoot for 8 hours, set a routine sleep/wake time, and limit late caffeine and food. Also, since my sun lamp (link above) came with blue light blockers, I've been wearing these at night. I was skeptical. But you will 100% notice the difference when you limit blue light
at night.
Steel: Don't just hibernate this winter. While sleep is crucial to staying healthy, balance it with daily movement / workouts.
