This is just your periodic reminder...

Saturated animal fats (still) do not cause heart disease per this new review of RCTs.

...nor does dietary cholesterol.

🚰 How much to drink:

You don't need to drink a gallon of water per day.

More is not always better. More often means depleting minerals and less hydration.

How much water you need depends on many factors:

1. Water quality: Mineral rich vs depleted water. Natural spring water isn't the same as tap water.

2. Diet: Fresh meat and various fruits and roots contain significant amounts of water and minerals. Dietary mineral and salt intake will impact water needs.

3. Sweat: Your environment (hot vs temperate) and activity levels will impact hydration needs.

If I were to over generalize, take half your body weight in ounces as a ballpark estimate. 

💰 How much do you spend:

This is how much Americans spend on groceries.

While people say a meat-based diet is too expensive, the average budget (~$40/day) can buy ~8lbs of ground beef per day.

💡How to win:

The person who loves to climb will always climb higher than the person who just likes the view from the summit.

You can love getting outside.
You can love sleeping 8 hours.
