🦷 How to extract root tips:

Last Friday, a 7-year-old patient was in my chair. He was in pain. One of his molars was completely broken down.

I had to take it out. But the crown was gone. There was nothing to grip. So I had to use a luxator to widen the space between the roots and the bone, and then a root tip pick to pry the roots out.

This was only possible because of anesthetic.
