If 70% of your diet was meat-based foods like:
30% of it could be less than ideal foods, and you'd still be fitter and
healthier than 90%+ of people.
In fact, the anthropological evidence suggests we are hypercarnivores, which means we have the digestive flexibility to use non-animal foods for up to 30% of our intake (of course, what this 30% consists of DOES matter — i.e. seed oils aren't the same as seasonal fruits).
But most of us should fall within this hypercarnivore spectrum.
A simple rule of thumb is to prioritize meat each meal. Anything else should mostly be single-ingredient, whole foods, that you seemingly tolerate well enough.
