If I were to change that to 1X/day, this is what would happen...
Assuming I push myself just a little each practice session resulting in a 1% compounding of improvement, I would achieve 54 years of weekly improvements in 1 year with daily practice.
A lifetime of improvement in 1 year.
Lesson:
If there's something you want to get better at, consider working at it daily.
