This is a keynote I gave
on how the mouth tells you what to eat: - What your teeth say you should eat
- Why our ancestors didn't have crooked teeth
- How your tongue can ruin your sleep and health
Because many people paid $100 to watch this (and much more to watch live), the conference organizers asked that I
not upload it publicly on YouTube, but to keep it private for my community. Now you can watch, no cost, and get some extras too... - The Missing Slides:
- I had 40 minutes to give this talk which meant I had to cut my final slides. Here you'll get access to the missing slides.
- The Meat Mouth Blueprint
- This is a cheat sheet to fast-tracking your way to a healthy mouth (and a healthy body)
- Live Q and
A
- You'll also get the Q and A where I discuss root canals and implants, periodontal disease, snoring and sleep apnea, mouth taping, sleep tests, grinding and clenching, and dental calculus / tartar
- Bites
Over the last 5+ years
I've written 300 Saturday 7 newsletters. Many have been duds, a few had golden nuggets...lost in time. I went back and dug up any golden nuggets, polished them off, and organized them into a daily "Bite," a 2-minute snack, on how to optimize your health and fitness. So every weekday, for 1 year, I have a golden nugget, a 2-minute Bite, I'll send your way. You can sign up to get the Bites here. P.S. When you watch the keynote, you'll automatically access :)
Have you ever
had a bunch of projects going on and then, all at once, you wrap them up?
It's like a clean slate. Mental space. Easy breathing. I kind of feel like this now. Over the last 6 months I launched the updated / rebranded Coaching Programs: The Ultimate 90-Day Carnivore Challenge and The 90-Day Carnivore Fat Loss Solution, got the Bites ready, the Keynote done, and updated the Meat Health website to reflect all
of this. So what's next?
The next pipeline of projects, course! :) One
area of focus will be content. I have lots to share with you both here and on social media (where I'll be stepping up my game) — notably around meat, teeth, and sleep.
✖️ How to fail a rebrand:
Speaking of rebranding and
social media, Twitter is now called, "X" (which I think it's a bad idea...it's not easy to re-create a worldwide recognized brand). Elon Musk was taking submissions for the new logo design. I saw someone submitted
this:
It is a perfect
logo. It pays homage to the Twitter bird while rebranding to X. Hilariously, the designer didn't even "see" the bird when he made it. Tragically, Elon didn't go with it.
🧠 What quote I think about every time I write this newsletter:
When you understand that nobody wants to read your writing, your mind becomes powerfully concentrated. You begin to understand that writing/reading is, above all, a transaction. The reader donates his time and attention, which are supremely valuable. In return, you the writer must give him something worthy of his gift to you. – Stephen Pressfield
20 years ago, Apple was
worth $5B. Now it has a market cap >$3T.
While this is an
incredible run, to me, one thing stands out. It's 2018. I see no real ground-breaking innovations or product launches, yet since 2018 the company has grown (in market cap)
exponentially. Just an observation. Make of this what you will.
