Good morning! Here's your Saturday 7 roundup! 🥩 What got a new name: I launched Meat Health Academy 2 years ago.
After 2 years, there's 3 updates I needed to make. Update #1: New Name "Academy" was a bad choice. It's vague. It's unclear what the program is actually about. So, after talking with many of our graduates, it became clear that the key to their success was the part of the program called, "The Ultimate 90-Day Carnivore Challenge."
By starting off doing the Carnivore Diet the right way, through the 3 Level framework we use, and being prepared for the obstacles, they were able to start (Level
1), hit reset (Level 2), and breakthrough (Level 3).
So I decided to "rebrand" the Academy to reflect this, now just calling it: The Ultimate 90-Day Carnivore Challenge
Along with the rebrand, we
are also adding to it...
Update #2: Add in Coaching It now includes 90 Days with a Meat Health Coach to guide you step-by-step through the
Challenge. The Coaching includes: - A dedicated Meat Health Coach throughout the 90-Day Program
- Full access to the private coaching app with lots of check-ins, accountability,
community, goal and progress tracking, all kinds of good stuff :)
- Monthly live coaching sessions with me
If you've ever considered giving the Carnivore Diet a try, this is the place to do it. Or if you've done a Carnivore Diet but fallen off, use this to get back on track. 💪 What else we added: With the launch of the original Academy, I knew 1 thing was missing... Update #3: Add in a Workout Program In the former "Academy" now "Ultimate 90-Day Carnivore Challenge," we discuss resistance training but it
didn't have a dedicated workout program to follow. Now it does. As a bonus to The Ultimate 90-Day Carnivore Challenge you now get the RB12 Workout Program. This is the foundation program we've been using for all of Meat Health's coaching clients. It
stands for "Resistance Band" 12-minute workouts.
I love this program for many reasons, like the dynamic strength curve advantages that bands offer and how easy it is on the joints, but perhaps more than anything is that these
workouts can be done in 12-minutes a day, from anywhere, with nothing but bands, while being scalable from total beginner to advanced trainer, getting maximum results with minimum time. This removes
almost every excuse to not work out! :) This is important because I'm a firm believer we should all be doing resistance training. The RB12 Workout Program removes the resistance to doing resistance
training! The RB12 Workout Program is now open to the
public, but don't enroll if you're going to do the 90-Day Challenge - because it comes included!

👴 What happens when you retire:
The time to think about
retirement is long before retirement. Not so you can get your finances in shape, but because it can steer you to a fulfilling life. This man discovered there are 4 phases to retirement. - Vacation
- Loses
- Experiment
- Joy
Many people trade 40+ years of unfulfilling work to get a long vacation at the end of life. That vacation turns to boredom fast. Followed by loss. If you're luckily, like this man, you discover Phase 3 and 4 of retirement. If you're
really lucky, you discover these Phases early in your life.
Why wait until retirement to experiment and live on purpose? Why not start now?
