🎯 How to achieve your New Year's Goals:
Around this time every year, I'm always thinking about how to ⬆️ the chances of reaching goals.
According to New Year's statistics, only 9% of people feel successful with their resolution by year's end (despite feeling confident they'd achieve it at the start).
I've boiled down 5 keys (the "5 A's") to join the 9% of successful resolutioners:
- Achievable
- Actionable
- Accountable
- Adaptable
- Auspicious
Your goal needs to be achievable, something that
you can specifically measure. You need to be able to translate that goal into a daily action, and you need someone or something to hold you accountable for that action. By tracking progress over time, you may need to adapt the actions, so they align with the achievable goal. And finally, an auspicious, important goal will keep you in the game when "life happens," and life always happens.
You can do this yourself.
