Beauty is in the eye of
the beholder. Right?
Or can beauty be objective?
When I hit a wrong note on the piano, most people can tell. Sing off key, everyone knows. Draw with my left hand (I'm right-handed), it's obvious.
So, there must be some objectivity to pleasing
sounds and art.
The Golden Ratio is often used as an objective measure of beauty.
It appears throughout nature, and people from artists to architects use this ratio in their work.
I gave it a go in my last drawing.
