🦷 What your mouth says about your health:
I was glad to see this — not because of "likes" — but because this is the major topic of my upcoming writing. It's nice to know there's interest here even though I was going to write it regardless lol.
The plan is to elucidate the "Discordance Theory of the Mouth" and connect it to the general Discordance Theory, which says, our bodies aren't designed to eat modern foods, and we see the ramifications of this in our chronic health issues (notably, our mouths!).

As you can see, I use an emoji in each of the 7 bullets of the Saturday 7. This is an article on the case for seriousness. So, I searched for a "serious" emoji to discover it wasn't an option. What is seriousness? This author makes a case that seriousness is a combination of will and audacity, and that we need more of it. Is the lack of a serious emoji
evidence for her thesis?

6-Week Fat Loss Challenge: Details
- Registration: Deadline to register is April 27th or until all spots are taken. This is a coaching program so spots are limited to coaching capacity.
- Kickstarter Program: After registration you will get immediate access to all the Kickstarter material to start getting ready, including the RB12 Workout Program. You'll be matched with your Coach a few days after registering.
- Kickoff Coaching Session: During the 1st week of May (2nd - 6th) you'll have your 1st Coaching Session to answer any questions and get ready to start! You'll have biweekly Coaching Sessions throughout the 6 weeks.
- 6-Week Challenge Begins: Day 1 of the Challenge is May 9th
- Level 1 (Fat Loss Priming): Starts May 9th
- Level 2 (Fat Loss Acceleration): Starts May 23rd
- Level 3 (Fat Loss Sprint): Starts June 6th
- Challenge Complete: June 20th
- Take your "After" pictures!
- Competition and Prizes: At the end of the Challenge, besides a new body, you'll also be able to win some prizes...
There are some requirements to join the Challenge:
- Meat-based: You must be willing to do a meat-based diet (not necessarily meat-only, though if you want to do meat-only you can...we'll walk you through this in the 3 Levels of the 6-Week Fat Loss Program). It doesn't matter if you have done meat-based in the past or not (just that you are open to doing it during the 6 weeks).
- Fat Loss: Losing fat must be a priority. Yes, you'll likely improve other health factors, but this is a fat loss challenge.
- Coaching Sessions: This is a coaching program. You'll have one Head Coach, but all the Coaches and I work closely together, so really, you'll have the power of the whole Meat Health Team behind you. We'll find a time that works for you and your Coach for Sessions throughout the Challenge.
- Coaching Hub: The program is run through our private Coaching Hub. We'll ask you to download and use a mobile app (you can also use the web-based browser version). We walk you through all the steps from downloading to using the Coaching Hub. Hint to Success: Last Challenge, there was a direct correlation between Coaching Hub activity and pounds lost.
- Workouts: Cardio is optional during the Challenge and workouts are strongly encouraged. You'll get access to the RB12 Workout Program. It's awesome. Easy to setup and do from just about anywhere.
- Commitment: We expect to have 100% Challenger Success (a minimum of 6lbs of fat loss - and that's if you're not even trying that hard :) We'll pick you up if you fall, put you on our backs and carry you to the finish line, if necessary, but it's only possible if you stay in the race!
